Legends Ridge began its initial development in 1996 when the first 90 custom homes were built.  In 2004, J & C Properties, led by Paul Craig, purchased the remaining land and began the revitalization of the community.

Several of the Legends Ridge Development Team are homeowners and have been raising their families in the neighborhood for years.  Consequently, every decision they make regarding the development has a personal impact on their families, friends and neighbors.  They take this responsibility very seriously.

Williamson County Schools are considered one of the finest school systems in the country. The children who reside in Legends Ridge attend:
